Technical Panel Determines that two Amendment Submissions should be Closed

May 19, 2011

The Technical Panel has determined that the following amendment submissions no longer warrant consideration:

- MR-00338: Economic Dispatch of Linked Wheels (http://ieso.ca/imoweb/pubs/mr2007/MR-00338-Q00.pdf).
The submission would have amended the market rules to allow for the economic dispatch of linked wheel transactions.

- MR-00377: Revise Real-time IOG Offset (http://ieso.ca/imoweb/pubs/mr2011/MR-00377-Q00.pdf).
The submission would have altered the design of the IOG offset calculation approved under the Enhanced Day-Ahead Commitment project.
